Worked closely with PMs and developers to enhance user experience, accessibility, and performance, enabling thousands of educators to upskill online and accelerating digital transformation in the education sector.

Designed UI/UX for Ghana water Company Limited where my key role was in designing and developing a mobile application enabling seamless water bill payments across Ghana, with adoption exceeding 1 million users. Collaborated with engineering and product teams to optimize user flow, payment reliability, and system scalability enhancing public access to essential services through technology.
